Mukesh Goud consoling an aged lady who broke down during the ex-gratia presentation function in Hyderabad on November 17, 2007. under the supervision of Hyderabad District collector R.V. Chandravadhan to victims' families who lost their children in a blast at an illegal cracker manufacturing factory at Goshamahal recently.
